1. Opening of meeting – call to order – present – salute to flag:
Chairman Greg Trangmoe called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Middle School Conference Room. Trustees present were Lucas McCormick, Sean Lenahan, Michele Brunson, Cathi Cook and Sarah Armijo. Billy Donaldson and Tim Schreiber were not present. Superintendent Bob Moore, Brian Gum, Tracy Rogstad, Nate Fry, student representative Erica Lykins and Business Manager/Clerk Bill Schiele were present.

3.Discussion Items:
A. School Improvement Planning
i. Goals
ii. Plan Mapping
Superintendent Bob Moore handed out the School Improvement Planning packet to the trustees. Bob went over the packet and updated the Board on the goals and plan mapping the school improvement team has been working on.
B. Block Scheduling and Calendar
High School Principal Brian Gum and Middle School Principal Tracey Rogstad talked about the block scheduling they have been working on and next year’s calendar that shows the district implementing a modified block scheduling for the 2019-2020 school year.
C. School Safety
Superintendent Bob Moore and High School Vice Principal Nate Fry talked about school safety here at the district. Nate also handed out a spreadsheet showing how the High School district discipline has decline over the last few years.

Lorraine Roach went over the results of the survey that went out to each household in the Stevensville and Lone Rock area. Superintendent Bob Moore talked about the bond election and the timeline of the upcoming election. MMW talked about the survey and the things they can do to help with the bond election. The Board discussed the upcoming bond election, the survey and what should be on the next bond ballot.
