- Opening of meeting – call to order – present – salute to flag:
Chairman Greg Trangmoe called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. in the Middle School Conference Room. Trustees present were Lucas McCormick, Billy Donaldson, Michele Brunson, Cathi Cook, Tim Schreiber and Sarah Armijo. Sean Lenahan was not present. Superintendent Bob Moore and Business Manager/Clerk Bill Schiele were present.
Superintendent Bob Moore updated the Board on all the projects the district is working on this summer. Bob and Dave Haacke gave the Board a tour of the campus.
Superintendent Bob Moore updated the Board on the district web site, staff recognitions for the upcoming school year, the districts Infinite Campus program, the districts camera system, the school improvement goals for the upcoming school year and the district’s current budget status.
High School Principal Brain Gum talked about the High School advisory program and the purpose of that program. Middle School Principal Tracey Rogstad gave the Board a handout on bullying complaints here at the district and went over the handout. K-3 Principal Jessica Shourd updated the Board on the district’s curriculum program and the things they will be working on this school year. High School Vice-Principal/AD Nate Fry talked about the staffing of the coaches for the sports program and the proactive program the district is implementing here at the district.
