For the 11th year Stevensville School District hosted a meaningful all-grade, community welcome, assembly for veterans, Wednesday.
“Each year it continues to grow in size,” said Brian Gum, principal. “We have great community that comes and supports this. We have a good list of veterans and send personal invitations. It is a great way for us to remind out students of what veterans have done in the past and what they continue to do for our nation and community. We want our students to have a level of appreciation.”
