- Opening of meeting – call to order – present – salute to flag:
Chairman Greg Trangmoe called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. in the Middle School Conference Room. Trustees present were Lucas McCormick, Sean Lenahan, Penny Bertram, Billy Donaldson, Cathi Cook, Tim Schreiber and Sarah Armijo. Superintendent Bob Moore and Business Manager/Clerk Bill Schiele were present.
Superintendent Bob Moore did a power point presentation to the Board on the districts bonds and the time line of the bonds. Bob also talked about the marketing strategy of the bonds and the guidelines the district needs to follow.
Bob updated the Board on the ALC road, the ALC house, the possibility of installing sewer and water lines on the east side of the ditch and the changing of the property lines.
